TSG Property Management is a structured, proactive approach to managing your landscape and outdoor living spaces. Some services will continue to be performed directly by our TSG team. Others may be executed by carefully vetted local specialists. Regardless of who performs the work, TSG remains your single point of contact and is fully responsible for oversight, coordination, and quality control.

Who do I contact with questions or changes?

Always contact TSG. We handle coordination, communication, and scheduling.

Will I receive pricing directly from Winterberry Gardens?

No. All proposals, pricing, and billing are handled through TSG.

What services are included now that were not previously available?

Under the expanded property management model, clients now have access to a broader range of coordinated outdoor services than previously offered. This includes structured mowing programs and expanded mowing areas, seasonal planter and container design, fertilization programs and integrated pest management, pest control services, irrigation repair and system support, landscape lighting maintenance, and expanded recurring garden services. 

By integrating these services under one coordinated plan, we are able to manage more of your property holistically—reducing service gaps and ensuring your landscape and outdoor living areas are maintained consistently throughout the year. 

As the program continues to evolve, additional services and capabilities will be incorporated over time, allowing us to expand support in alignment with your property’s long-term vision.

What if I have concerns about quality?

TSG oversees work completed under this program and remains responsible for quality control, follow-up, and resolving any issues.
